ORIENTATION –LEARNING THE NRGUSA PROCESS

First: don’t worry! The entire team at NRGUSA is invested in your success. That means we’re going to ensure you understand all the ins and outs about our payroll procedures and our extensive industry-leading benefits plan.

Once you’ve accepted an opportunity, NRGUSA will provide you with an orientation that’s specific to the client for whom you’ll be working. This information will include everything from basics, such as the company’s dress code to more specific information such as job duties, safety rules and more. We know the more comfortable you are with the job and the people with whom you’ll interact, the more successful you’ll be. Our goal is to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible as you embrace this new and exciting opportunity.

SUPPORT BEYOND THE ORIENTATION

Our investment doesn’t end with the orientation. We’ll check in with you on your first day, just to make sure the placement was everything you expected it to be. Remember: we’re partners in your success and we share your goals and objectives. Your NRGUSA representative will be in touch with you throughout your assignment.
